Find my order
Sign in with the email you ordered with — your orders are on your own order page.
How to check
Order number, item, amount paid, current state and activation progress all live on your own order page. If something is missing or does not match, send the order number to3087943900@qq.com and you will get an answer within 1 business day.
What the order page shows
- Order number, item, amount paid, and the time it was placed
- Current state: paid, processing, delivered, or refunded
- Delivery details once the state is delivered
- A link to the refund policy if the state is failed
