Current status of this feature
Payment channels are still being set up, so orders are arranged by email and lookup runs the same way. Send the order number to[email protected] and you will get an answer within 1 business day.
This box will be removed when the endpoint above is live. It is here rather than a form that silently fails, which is the more common way to handle this and the worse one.
What a lookup shows
- Order number, item, amount paid, and the time it was placed
- Current state: paid, processing, delivered, or refunded
- Delivery details once the state is delivered
- A link to the refund policy if the state is failed
