Why this page is a summary
Almost everyone buying these is in mainland China — someone with an international card does not need help activating a subscription. Translating the checkout would dilute the Chinese pages without winning anyone, so the ordering flow lives at/zh/store/ and stays there.
Boundaries, stated the same way in both languages. These are setup services, not account resales. Subscriptions are activated on the customer's own account. OpenAI's and Anthropic's terms both prohibit sharing account credentials or making an account available to someone else; a setup service asks for an account email, and the compliance obligation sits with the account holder.
